Hi! I am new here, though I have been lurking for a while. I am currently filling in my ofsted registration form! Yay! However, I am a bit stumped on the question about numbers and I am hoping someone can help me.
The question is as follows:
Please specify the age ranges and number of children you will care for:
- Birth to under one year =
-One year to the end of the early years age group =
- End of the early years age group to under eight =
- Eight years to under 11 years =
-11 years to under 15 years =
- 15 years to under 18 years =
I understand the requirements that I have to adhere to in terms of numbers, but what do I put as I have no idea how many of each I will look after and if I will, for example, have 1 under 1 and then 2 under 5. Or if I will have 3 over 1. etc. Does anyone understand what I mean? Should I just put 1 under 1 and then 2 for the one year to end of early years age group? Also what would you put in the older age groups?
Sorry if these seem like silly questions, I just don't want to get it wrong. Thanks.
