Am I right in thinking the learning journey goes with the child? So that includes observations. What about assessment sheets?
My LJ contains all obs, assessments and any other photos. I keep everything else, such as accident records, in case a claim is made against me down the line (in any case the parents have a carbon copy of this).

Agree with the above, everything other than the legal related stuff goes with the child.
I also, as suggested by Rickysmiths, put the most recent photo I have in the folder I keep so I've got a chance of remembering who is who years later should I need to! (my memory isn't what it used to be and dread to think what it's going to be like 18+ years from now :laughing:)
