Do I need to have proof my parents have read and acknowledged my policies

I always get parents to sign that they have received my policies, I give parents the choice to either have them as paper copies or by e-mail (all prefer e-mail) but have a list of my policies that they sign.

Yes. OFSTED told me to get a list of all the policy's and get them to sign next to each one.

I have a section on my contract which parents sign to say they have received and understood my policies.
They are all given a paper copy and an email with them on. I also get them to sign daily diaries if I update a policy and give them a copy.
