help!

Hi I have just been issued my certificate Yay! From Cssiw. It says my numbers a Rte to have no more than two under 8 which I know because I have 4 of my own taking up numbers. Does this mean I can not take on over 8s or is that not on the certificate because it's not part of registered numbers. I've got a 10 year old signed to start with me next week. Is that still OK?

the LOs over 8 dont get included in the certificate. You are fine to have that one start next week x
