Right, have eventually got to the end of the email my inspector sent me about what she wants me to include in policies and risk assessment!! Though still to get someone to align it all etc.

Anyhow her last sentence is " you have to seek permission from your landlord or mortgage lender to childmind". Words to that effect.

I am worried that my mortgage lender might want me to change my mortgage to a business mortgage?

How did you all get on with this?

Thank you.

Never heard of this before. Would question it anyway. I have heard about difficulties with landlords but not in your own property.

Think I will finish the form and send it, and see if she comes back to me on the mortgage thing. Thanks.

When I notified my mortgage lender they just sent a letter thanking me and acknowledging that I'd told them, and advising me to tell my Insurers too.
