Summer house

As my house isn't that big, I was thinking of putting up a summer house just for the children at the end of my garden so that they can do messy play etc, display art work (and not have to take it down when a close for the evening!). I would use my house as well for playing, eating,naps etc. I thought this would be ok but I have found out through another childminder that this wouldn't be allowed.....is that right?

I don't see why it would be an issue providing it is in your risk assessments

I've heard somewhere your not meant to have a space that is just for minding but I might be wrong, an if its true its ridiculous.

thanks guys:) Don't plan on doing it right away so I will speak with Ofsted and see what they say.
