All about me booklet and learning journal

Do you all store the childs "All about me" form/booklet in their learning journal? or do you file it away elsewhere? if so where?

Just curious, as I am thinking I will add it to the learning journal but then thought about if the child left my setting for a new place, would it too confidential to add in? the new setting would presumably need the same info wouldnt they...

My all about me forms are info on what the child likes or does not like. What they can do now and what parent will be working on in the future. This goes in the lj, the child record with contact details, phone number, immunisations etc is stored with the contract and kept until child is 21 years 6 months.
