Hi I was just wondering if I need to do an info sheet for parents for when they pay their deposit? If so what should I include? Thanks in advance

I've never done one. I just give them the same information as if they were starting immediately. If I update policies etc before lo starts I email a copy. I send occasional emails or texts asking after lo saying I'm looking forward to lo starting soon etc.
