crawling but cant sit up

Hello all,

Have a query as I havent come across this before.

I have an 8 month old who can comando crawl and is occasionally managing to go on all fours and crawl a few steps but can't sit unaided. He falls forward almost straight away.

Any ideas on what i can do to help him develop his sitting?

My dd did the same. She wasn't interested in sitting still until she walked.

Quite a few don't sit because they are always in chairs so their muscles aren't well enough developed... it will be achieved in their own time :D
