Urgent advice re Ad-hoc contract... Parent arriving in 40 minutes!

OK, so parent wants ad-hoc care for her 7, almost 8 year old son. Care will be every month, but literally just as and when needed.

Other than the contract, what other things will I need her to sign.

I have attached a copy of my ad-hoc contract, and also child record form. Will I need all the permission forms as well?

Yes because anytime in your care you need their permission

I would get everything you do for a normal mindee.
