could you all tell me which to go for, I am currently with Pacey and have been with them (ncma) since becoming a childminder in 1999. It is getting very costly, but wonder if i changed to MM would I get the same cover and help.

Read the small print in the policies. When I did Pacey was better for me as it gave me more flexibiity with my over 8's

Not all policies are the same.

I have heard that mm don't give much legal advise

Pacey now have a legal line available 24/7 and if Pacey members check their latest magazine there is a whole page dedicated to what you get - not such legal disputes, and the qualifications and names of those who are answering you.

Worth looking at PLA as well, they too have a 24hour Hepline and benefits to match any other association....whatever suits you best really
