Hi , I was just wondering if one of my assistants worked an extra day so there were three of them looking after the children while I was doing paperwork on the premises would this be allowed or would it be classed as more than three people caring for the children ? Thanks

Oh not too sure about this one. I am guessing as you are the CM you are in charge therefore would technically be 4 of you.

I agree with Emma...even if you're doing paperwork then there is still 4 of you all together so think this would be one too many :( nice idea tho!!

3 is the maximum before you have to register as something else :D
