task 2.5 help

I've had task 2.5 come back saying that medication administration needs 3 signatures so obviously one is myself as a childminder the parents being the other whos the third? Sorry if this a stupid question

1 from parent to say yes, you can give medication

1 from you to say it's been given

1 from parent to acknowledge they are aware you gave it

That's all I can think of :D

EDIT - unless it's written for a nursery in which case it might need a manager's signature!!
