advice or tips?

Hi, i had my first enquiry yesterday, a gentleman rang saying he was moving to the area in August, has 2 children, one of which is going to visit local primary school tomorrow and could they come and see me afterwards.

Im really nervous and panicking that im going to forget to tell/ ask/ discuss things with them. Any advice or tips you can give me? questions to ask them or thinkgs i should be cautious of?

Make a list of what you want to know in advance, special needs, diet, hobbies, hrs, etc...
Have a copy of your welcome pack ready policies etc..
Have a printed list of your fees/holidays/sick days etc.. to give them so there isn't any misunderstanding over money.
Don't be afraid to ask anything as they will ask you anything they want to know!
