Mindee maternity leave - continuity of care?

Hello Everyone

One of my Mindees mum went on maternity leave in April and so he stopped coming to me, except for a couple of odd sessions every couple of months.

She now wants him to come back next feb with his new little brother.

His brother will take me over my numbers ie four under 5yrs old.

Does this count as new business or continuity of care?

I would class that as continuity of care as the older brother is still on your books as such...
Just make sure you risk assess for when you are over numbers x

Yep, I think it is continuity of care, although you still cannot care for more than six children - unless you have an assistant xxx
