Do we need to keep paperwork (mostly just contracts) of children who never started? I have a few!

If they never started then I don't see why you'd need to keep them.

I will second that...I don't see any need if you never actually cared for the child.

The reason we have to keep files on past mindees is just in case there are any future issues. You never had these children so any issues can't come back to you..
