Capital allowances?

Just working through my accounts and the question of capital allowances has come up - what do people count as capital? I have adjusted figures for personal use but just wanted to check what you would claim capital on?

I have the following:
Printer
Storage unit
Back gate (less than £50)
New WC in place (claimed 50% as also personal use)

Also, can I claim allowances on pushchairs etc or are these allowable? They are all second hand so under £100

Capital usually covers over £200
