Last night I check hubby and my CRB application and it was still stuck at Stage 4 (Records held by the Police search) and tonight because my computer was still open I checked mine and mine is at the Last Stage (Disclosure Printed) I was just about to give Ofsted a call tomorrow because I went in to work today. That is very good news and hopefully Hubby's wont be any longer now...:clapping: :clapping:

Thats great news. How long was you at stage 4 for? mines and partners has been there since 18th and 19th june, and they've told me its roughly about 4 weeks, so hopefully wont be to long (fingers crossed).
Hope your cert comes really quick. think your right to chase straight away..... i certainly will when mine hit stage 5. I check every day........ how sad am i lol

Ring the crb 08709090811/822 for your crb number. you and your partner will have seperate numbers. dont ring Ofsted for it as they have told me twice now that you have to write in for it. crb are more helpful. go to www.crb.gov.uk/default.aspx?page=4760 and select online tracking, then put yours and your partners crb numbers and date of birth, this will give you update on what stage you are at. hth xx

Inspector came out the 12th May and left with CRB but when I track it online it says that they only received it on the 22nd May and did the first 3 stages all on the 28th and 29th May. So basically Stage 4 (Police Offices) have been taking 1 month and 2 weeks and now its at stage 5 but thats for me only.

So glad your disclosure as come at last, hope your hubbies is soon.
In my case the inspector came out on 2nd june, crb was recieved 9th june, checks 1, 2, and 3 were done 13th june so i imagine it got to stage 4 a day or two after that, so hopefully they wont be to long.
