Reg visit booked in - question about the booklet

HI there,

So, Mrs O called yesterday to book my visit! Luckily she's really busy next week, so we've agreed on Tuesday 6th, so got quite a while to calm myself down! Anyway, I have a question about the preparing fro your registration visit booklet. I am almost there on completing it, but am just wondering on the first question. Rather than thinking of an activity for each area of learning I was thinking of talking through, say, four or five activities and explain how each activity links in to various areas of learning. e.g story books - Literacy; the older child can talk to me about the pictures, and what might be happening
PSE; Good time for cuddles, so encourages making relationships. I can talk to the older child about how characters might be feeling in the book, ask if they can identify emotions by looking at their faces, which would be managing emotions, self awareness.
Understanding the world - can use multicultural books
Physical Development - (moving and handling) Help to develop fine motor skills for young child when turning pages.

Any thoughts? Or will she think I'm trying to be too clever??! :blush:
