Another SW-er!

Hi, I'm back again!

I started back at Slimming World 10 weeks ago and I had my 9th weigh-in on Thursday. I lost 3 1/2 lbs! Can't believe it especially as I didn't really stick to it last week. But hey-ho. I'm at 1st 4 1/2 lbs lost now.:D So happy that I'm nearly into the next stone down - haven't seen that number for about 6 years!

How is everyone else doing?

Well done you!! I've lost 1st 2lb in about 12weeks too, not on SW though, nethertheless, very proud !! :-)

I find sw works well for me too, saw my mum earlier - she's been doing sw for the last month or 2 and my goodness she looks so different it's amazing! She has always struggled with her weight and has been an ongoing battle but she is def doing something right!
