3 year old funding refund?

Think I may be getting notice from one of my funded 3 year olds.

What do I do about the funding as the estimated forms have already been submitted for the autumn term? The lady who deals with it in our area is off at the moment so I don't know who I should contact to find out?

Don't worry about the forms you have submitted. These are just estimates. In our area we have to confirm the child is attending on "Headcount" day which is normally a few weeks into the new term. Then we get our money through. If they pay you an interim payment at the start of term you may have to pay it back.

We have a form that you can access to change/amend hours for new arrivals and leavers after the closing date for the interim submissions. Have another look on line, but you won't get paid for a few weeks yet, so still time to sort, after they come back.
