Hi All, I'm in the middle of this course, gosh it's hard fitting it all in! I have an assessor coming round Wed nearly ready for her but she has asked me do:
Plan an activity to promote children’s awareness of transitions such as changing schools, moving house or a new baby. (Provide an activity plan for this).
Now I was going to read a story about going to a nursery for a little girl who is starting nursery in Sep, will this be adequate? and don't really know how to go about the activity plan as don't normally do these, any ideas would be welcome
