Pre-Reg visit

Hi, I have received my CRB check and now I am just waiting for a call from Ofsted to arrange my Pre-Reg visit. I am so nervous. I cant wait to start childminding and have lots of activities and ideas planned, just need the certificate and the children to do it. Is there a list of all the paperwork that I need. I am also struggling with the risk assessment around the home. How often do these need to be completed.
