Public Health England have launched a new campaign highlighting the dangers to children of second-hand smoking in homes and cars.
There will be TV adverts will show that smoking out of a car window or the backdoor is not enough to protect children from second-hand smoke.
You might find it useful to add a note on your no smoking policy to show that you are aware of the campaign and have shared information about the campaign with parents - maybe in your newsletter or by updating and distributing your policy.
