The bow needs work but first one I have tried.

She loves the cake itself HOWEVER she doesn't like cake. The things we do for our kids :)

Amazing! Well done!

My daughter likes cake but hates icing so I have the same problem as you!

ha ha you got love them. My little girl is so obsessed with birthday cake, that when we went to one of the mindees 2nd birthday parties last week, no sooner had the candles been blown out and she pips up really loudly with "we need a knife cos you need to share your cake with everybody dont you mummy". Mindees mum looked horrified at the thought of her very expensive cake being cut up. However cue all the other children asking for some cake, meaning it had to be cut up there and then...oops :D

Dread to think how much this has cost probably the best part of £35  I could have gone asda and got one for £10. However I make the cakes for all the others how could I refuse her a Minnie one.

Saying that it will be cut up and put into party bags tomorrow

Wow! She will be so happy with that! :clapping:

My DD2 is also obsessed with cake (and all things birthday ) even though she doesn't like to eat it. Sadly, once she's eaten the icing I have to 'tidy up' her cake for her. ;)

If it's anything like your cheesecakes and lemon meringue cup cakes I'm sure it is to die for!

I have a love/hate relationship with fondant. It worked well for me yesterday :)

The ears and bow I made Friday so they would dry hard. The bow Im not entirely happy with but hey its going to be eaten.

Oh good. It worked then. Bit of a technophobe, so I wasn't sure the avatar would show up. :)
