Online application problems

Hi,

I spent Friday evening doing my online application. When I tried to submit, a little box appeared to say the Ey2 form needed to be done for my husband first. He did it the same evening and submitted it. However, I still can't submit my app. The little box keeps appearing saying he needs to do the ey2 form. Very frustrated and confused and wondered if anyone else had this issue?

I had exactly the same problem but discovered the names need to match perfectly on both forms i.e. I'd only put his first name on my form but he'd put his first AND middle name. So even though he'd put my application form number in to connect the 2 forms, it didn't update on mine to say he'd done his (and hence I could submit mine) until I'd changed his details in my form to match his. I hope that makes sense!

Probably best to ring Ofsted and ask them what's going on!
