Attachable pencils

Do any of you know where I could get pencils with string (or similar) attached so that I can fix them to clipboards? I've tried just tying string and then tried with cello tape but they don't stay attached.

sorry, no idea!

what i do is cut a 'ring' around the pencil with a sharp knife and tie the string into the ring and knot tightly.

i use lots of electrical tape....its thick and very sticky
