emergency cards- advice needed asap please

When you are making these, do you have just the childs name and contact number, or do you also put doctors details and your details on them

i have thought about putting all of the childrens details on a keyring so they are alsways with me

what do you think?

I have a card for each child on a keyring in my handbag.

I have on mine

name
date of birth
dr
allergies + medication being used
emergency contact number

on the back of it I have written

I give permission for emergency medical/dental aid to be sought for my child

signed (parent)

I have a photo of each child but not their names ( in case someone gets hold of the cards ) an emergency phone number for their parents and a password so the parents know it's their child and an emergency. They are laminated and kept in my bag.
