Hi. I brought my car last year when I started CM as I needed a 7 seater. All of last year and this year I have been claiming for fuel as I had another job using the car alot. My situation has now changed and I will hardly be using my car so im wondering which was to claim.

I pay £320 per month finance for the car. It needs a service soon. What will the % be if I claim a yearly amount or carry on claiming for fuel, about 20 miles per week?

Thanks in advance

I believe , though I'm sure someone will confirm soon.....

If you start by claiming fuel allowance then during the duration of that cars life you cannot change.
This means you cannot claim anything for your service as its included in the allowance.

Hope I made sense :panic: but someone will confirm.

Didn't want to read n run
