What paperwork should you have an assistant complete

I'm having an assistant work with me in sept, so getting ready!
What paperwork is needed/would you recommend I have in place. I know she needs paed first aid, crb and the ofsted form. She will sign policy and proc of my setting.
Should I create a confidentiality one???
