Where can I get a dbs form from? I haven't applied to ofsted yet but wanted to get that rolling as I know it can take a while.

When you apply to Ofsted they will send them out to you through the post and also the medical form to take to your doctor. You cannot apply for them yourself.

You must have finished your training course first then as emmalita says Ofsted will send everything out :D
