So me and dh were feeling lazy yesterday and decided to leave the weekly shop till tomorrow as I could get through. Wrong going to cost a fortune at the local shop. Havent even got caster sugar in gosh im slipping so no baking and it is very much hit and miss if the shop stocks it

Then the dumb dog and yes she answers to the name. Has decided to go barmy knock my laptop off and damage the screen.

Brought granulated and whizzed it in the food processor and hey presto I have caster sugar :-)
