On line safeguarding course

Can anyone tell me of an online safeguarding course that Ofsted will recognise. I have, some years ago, done a classroom based safeguarding course but need to renew it. I haven't got the time to go to a classroom based this time so was hoping ofsted would be happy with

I did the ncma one last year, I was a little worried before starting it but it was quite easy to do you

Check with your local authority, tge revised eyfs states that safeguarding courses must be local authority approved.
I also think the nspcc one was good but my local authority do not recognise it now.

Mine was up to update when ofsted came to mine she actually recommended the ncma one I checked with my la and they said yes it was fine I know all areas are different though

Does your county council have an online CPD? Devon has a page where you can sign up for all the courses available and it has online courses too. I've just done my safeguarding online through them.

We have one available through the Local Authority but it may also be worth seeing if you have a local safeguarding board as they may offer an online course too.

As Blue Bear says the next course you attend must be LA approved so check with them before spending your money :D
