Planning sheets

[Little miss]

Could anyone point me in the direction of good planning sheets (or share their own).
Medium, long, individual, with or without a space to evaluate, include a space for CoEL ..... I just don't know where to start with creating my own paperwork as I can't find anything official which will tell me what ofsted want to see.
(I am new to CM and have my first child starting next week)

Have a look in the free resources (free downloads) section at the top of the forum - there are some very good examples in there.
