Have fun everyone whatever you do to celebrate St Georges Day - so far have only planned colouring sheets but all mine are quite young today - so making shields is a little ambitious! We could visit a ruined castle a few miles away but they will be more interested in feeding the ducks than the history. Oh just remembered we have got an Usborne book called Castle Tales or Times or something like that with stories similar to Farmyard Tales. And have got a few pieces of costumes in dressing up box (got a knights breast plate in charity shop last week for 99p) - "I love it when a plan comes together"!
