Anyone know if northamptonshire council accept mnt training

I'm just looking online to book my training and found mnt training offer the cypop5 course a little bit cheaper and than ncma and from what I've read on here mark your work and respond to questions quicker.
It says to check if your local authority accepts their course but they are not answering the phone at the min. Any one know? Thanks
