4yr old nearly 5?

Hi
I've just took on a child after school for 3hrs she is nearly 5 in fulltime school in reception class
What paperwork do I have to do?
Do I need to do obs planning etc
I know I'll do a lj with a all about me page and than pics artwork etc but as for eyfs stuff is that still my job?
sorry for sounding silly I've always done under 4's

I don't do obs - I think it is done at school and they will write the report anyway

All my school aged children have a scrap book and we put in photo's from when we do something, art, anything really that the child did

Ofsted were not interested in anyone over 5 when they did my inspection in December 12
