I can't promise there will be one but try in the free resources area. If not I am sure someone will come along soon to guide you in the right direction.
If you get no joy put business plan into your search engine the banks and people like businesslink usually offer those kind of templates for free to download.

Hi i have just finished mine. I was at a brick wall!
If you go on the bromley childminding website or pacey they will most probably have samples you can use to help you out a bit.
Mine is 5 pages in total but could be longer if i wanted to add more detail. :-)
