Hi, I am returning to childminding after a break and am updating my brain, paperwork and policies (Aaargh!)
I am putting together a policy for mobile phones and cameras. Im good with the basic stuff, monitoring, storing etc
my problem is I spend time with other childminders, 2/3 times a week. All the mindees are close and know each other as friends, therefore play together and often do activities together, which I may want to photograph for obs purposes.
Do I need to get permission from parents for other childminders (named obviously, not just any childminder!) to take pictures of my mindees? And likewise the other childminder would need to ask their parents for permission for me to take pictures that may include their child doing an activity?
Does that make sense. Where do I draw the line??
thanks
