I have a child who has been issued with an Epi pen (severe nut allergy)
I have in the past had 1 on 1 training with a nurse ( a previous mindee with epi pen)and still have training cert.
but am out of touch with paper work required I do have an action plan provided by parents but wondered if anyone could give me any advice to what extra paper work is needed.
One more medical dilemma
Have a child starting with severe eczema who will need creaming with Epaderm frequently (4 times a day)
do I have to get parents to sign long medication form?
