contract for shift work

This may be a silly question and I'm just being thick....

I've got the NCMA contracts and how do you fill them in for shift workers? When I did one for my full timer it was just filling in her hours for Mon to Fri.

However my 2 new ones will not have the same set hours every week. It will be 15 hours or thereabouts during term time and 32 hours per week during school holidays. How do I record this on the contract?

Do I just put it in the additional notes part?

I work longer hours for all my mindees in the holidays and I put the hours in the additional notes part.

I suppose it doesn't matter how or where you write it as long as it is on there so that the parents have signed to say it is ok .
