as my assistant i want to ask if i can look after 4 children under 5 i currently look after twins and i have a 20mths old little girl her mum has just had a new baby and wants to look after him to most of the time it wont be all of them together as i only have twins 3 days a week but sometimes it will be all together as the twins mum dosent do same days at work each week

anyway sorry for waffling
i need to right a letter to ofstead asking for a variation im really bad at letters and wording them has anyone got one i can have a look at dont want to copy it just get some ideas
