can anyone help me? Am I right in thinking an inclusion policy is not the same as an equal ops policy?
If so can anyone give me a clue about how to word it?

Yes so have I... just saying that I aim to provide an inclusive service where all children are equally welcomed and that my toys, equipment etc reflects that. :D

I've got that with the equal opps as well!

Just a list of the ways I celebrate diversity ...

How I promote equal opportunities and celebrate diversity
• I recognise and respect all legislation and existing codes of practice
• I treat all children and their parents / extended families, with equal respect and concern
• My resources eg books, toys and artifacts, represent all sectors of society in a positive way
• I challenge racism and promote positive attitudes to cultural diversity

Etc ... :D
