Hi there,
can anyone give me some advice on how to use DM I currently review every 3 months see what obs match then date using the review date not obs date
highlight areas to focus on then write plan around that and next steps that I wrote for obs.

Not sure if anyone will be able to make sense of the question, feel like I'm going around in circles

Each cm is different but j print out dm and put it in each learning journey, when I do my PBS I plot them on dm sheet and i then pl an around the stage lo is at using dm and then get next steps from dm, hope that makes sense xx
