Ratio help

I am waiting my pre reg visit and thinking about ratios. Could anyone please advise/confirm for me please:
I have two children of my own - 4years at preschool 2.5 days a week, and a 18 month old with me all week.
Am I correct in thinking that currently I am only able to care for one more child under 5? And then 3 more aged 5-8 years?

Thanks dette. Will this change when 4 year old attends school in sept? (Regardless of the new proposals) or do I still have to include in my ratios?

when your LO goes to school full days you then have another under 5 space but your LO will become part of the 5-8 age group leaving you two spaces in this group .still keeping to 6 under 8 though
