Hello all! I am thinking about starting to Childmind from June this year, once I have completed 12 weeks at my current job post maternity leave.
I have had some interest from a Mum already, but need some advice on ratio's so that I know if she can even consider me please?
When I start in June I will have my own daughters a 5 year old, in reception at school and a 9month old. The other children will also be 5 years old, in reception and 8 months old.
I am aware that there is a one under one rule but I wonder if there is any flexibility on that as they will only both be in my care for 3days a week and my childcare experience is extensive, including caring for twins and triplets?
I have also heard that there may be a limit on how many children you can have who are 5 but in reception at school?
I have been looking at the forum during night feeds withs my baby mostly over the last few weeks and think it is fantastic how supportive, welcoming and informative you all are!
