NCMA Are usless

Ive been asking for them to send me info on First Aid courses in my area for the last 2 months, I have to complete my First aid befor I go back in September and start my second year on my foundation degree, Ive called them every week and i keep on getting the same responce, we'll ring you at the end of the week, nothing at all.

Looks like Im going to have to pay privatly for it even though Im a CCF childminder and we get funding to complete our courses:angry:

Try your local CIS (Children's Information Service)...

Ours has a training department and they are always more than helpful :D

oh dear i got get my first aid done too grr i dont like goign to things like it alone tho

Our local early years department produce a booklet with all the training courses, including first aid, in it - don't you have anything similar?

Otherwise CIS seems a good bet
