Accounting for milk claims

Can someone please tell me -
where and how in my book-keeping/accounts do I show the money I reclaim through the free nursery milk scheme (NMRU repayments) ? :confused:

You need to enter it under income
eg: + £4 a month then enter the milk bill receipts under expenses
eg - £4 and then they cancel each other out - so you have been paid in full for the milk you purchased. If you have an NCMA Accounts book it used to show this on the first couple of example pages. I have my milk through a milk agent so don't have to put it through my accounts - I just complete a variation each week for milk received for the agent to claim back from NMRU.
