setting up, second hand goods, no receipt and accounts

I want to buy a second hand pram but can I include this as expense in accounts? Do I need receipts for everything?

just get a hand written one of the person you buy it off or save the paypal /ebay invoice

I bought some stuff from our local selling page and wrote out a receipt myself and got the seller to sign it and put their address.

Same here-also any eBay/gumtree items I buy I print off the invoice and stick that in there too....every little helps!

I buy from facebook selling pages - I just ask the seller to e-mail me a receipt along the lines of I confirm K bought X from me at a cost of £Y.
