Hi all - can anyone point me in the right direction regarding individual planning please? How often do you do this (I thought I was getting the hang of planning, but I'm still so confused as to individual, medium term, long term etc) It seems never ending....

The individual planning is my next steps for each child. This works for me :thumbsup:

Next steps / possible lines of development = individual planning.
I have wittered on about it a bit here -

There is loads of information in free resources - it's usually worth a nosey as well as asking on the forum for other ways of doing things. :D
